Shipping Policy

We ship world wide! Please read below for details.

Order Processing
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding Canadian Statutory holidays) of order via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided.
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder (it’s usually in there). If you still can’t locate it, please email us at support@kaspermed.com and we will re-send it to you.

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
For shipping within Canada, you can choose either standard shipping, which takes on average 3-8 business days, or express shipping, which takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping (Including US):
For shipping to the US, we are only able to offer standard shipping at this time. Shipping to the US generally takes approximately 5-9 business days. Delays may occur due to customs.

All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
Please note, for all US customers choosing “ground” as a method of shipping.
